SERVIces
We provide a full range of catering options and styles. Party-sized pans of our delectable dishes are available for pick-up and delivery. Minimal delivery and set-up charges may apply.
We will also provide serving and dining tables, chairs, table linens (your choice of color), theme centerpieces, and other decorations at an additional cost.
Service Area
RubaLee's will deliver orders throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and beyond. Just let us know the your events details and we will assist you based on availability.

By offering a variety of options and flexibility, we help you select the dishes that best fit your needs and event. Our experienced sales team is on hand to assist you in planning the perfect menu for any event or occasion.
Service team
We operate on principles of hard work, integrity, and a strong desire to ensure each client has an exceptional dining experience. Our service team is comprised of friendly and welcoming professionals who hold Texas Food Handlers Certification.
How to Order
Select the dishes you prefer or contact us and one of our team members will assist you. You can also send in your order via email to: catering@rubalee.com
deliveries
We place great care in preparing each dish and request a 48 hours minimum notice on all orders. You can schedule a time to pick up your order or have us deliver and set it up for you.
Our white plastic table cover, serving dishes and utensils, and tableware (i.e. plates flatware, cups and napkins) comes with each order, as needed. Custom items are also available at an additional cost.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Some menu items may contain or come into contact with soy, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and dairy derived products. For more details, please speak with a manager.
